Meet Tricia Piquero, WO3 Executive Committee, Publisher, 110 Magazine
Tricia Piquero grew up in Colorado and the Bay Area. She received her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business and Marketing from Cal State East Bay. Her career began when she worked for Federal Express while putting herself through college. After college she became interested in Real Estate becoming a marketing and technology consultant prior to getting her Real Estate license. Once licensed, she sold 10 homes her first year and went on to become a top selling agent for Remax East Bay acquiring Real Estate property and land.
Thirteen years ago, she made a bold career change and became owner and Publisher of 110° Degrees Magazine in East Contra Costa County. Tricia lead her team of professionals in launching several other sister publications including 86° degrees in Walnut Creek, 57° degrees in San Francisco, 65° degrees in Carmel, and 17° and 19° in Scotland.
She has resided in Brentwood for the past 15 years and is an active community member. She is a Board Member for of A place Of Learning a local non profit that offers free tutoring to elementary school children. She's is the current President of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, and also a Board member on the Economic Opportunity Council of Contra Costa County. She considers herself an Activist, and is a proud wife of 24 years, a mother, and most recently a grand mother.
