When powerhouse women speak, we listen. Debbie Reneé Howard, Founder/CEO of Dezigned for Greatness Coaching isn’t just a leader - she’s a light! As part of our WO3 community spotlight series, we asked her to share what fuels her journey, how she pours into others, and the small joys that keep her inspired.
From redefining what sisterhood in business really means, to the rituals that help her reset when challenges arise, Debbie’s wisdom is both grounding and uplifting. We’ve been eager to bring you her insights, and the moment is here!
What does being part of the WO3 community mean to you? In what ways do you see this sisterhood of women-owned businesses fueling confidence, connection, and collective growth?
Being part of the WO3 community is both an honor and a reminder that I’m not building alone. It means walking alongside other visionary women who are just as committed to purpose, excellence, and impact. This sisterhood fuels confidence by normalizing intention, connection by sharing wisdom and space, and collective growth by turning competition into collaboration. When women come together without pretense - just purpose, the possibilities multiply.

The WO3 movement thrives because of women who give back. What are a few specific ways you plan to support and grow this movement—whether through mentorship, collaboration, or other forms of leadership?
I’m passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and purpose-driven entrepreneurs, especially those who are just beginning to embrace their power. Whether through 1:1 strategy calls, panel participation, or leading faith-based leadership circles, I show up to pour in. I also believe deeply in collaboration over isolation—whether that’s co-hosting events, sharing platforms, or making intentional introductions to expand someone’s reach. I want to be a consistent voice of encouragement and strategy within this movement.
Lifting as you climb is part of the WO3 spirit. Can you share a powerful moment where you helped elevate another woman in business or life?
One powerful moment was coaching a woman who had put her dreams on hold for years due to life’s demands. Through our work together, she rediscovered her voice, refined her vision, and launched her own coaching practice. The moment she said, “I finally feel like me again,” I knew we’d done more than build strategy - we’d restored purpose. Helping her step out of hiding and embrace her fullness is the kind of elevation I live for.
We all hit roadblocks—what matters is how we rise. When you're feeling discouraged or burnt out, what personal rituals, mindset shifts, or sources of inspiration help you reset and keep going?
When discouragement creeps in, I return to stillness. I start with prayer and journaling, reminding myself of the assignment, not just the moment. I also revisit notes from clients and past breakthroughs to remind myself that this work matters. Sometimes, the reset looks like a walk near water, a quiet worship playlist, or a pause to breathe and remember that grace is a strategy too.

Now Here's A Fun One! What’s your guilty pleasure? Whether it’s an obsession with reality TV, midnight snacks, or an overflowing candle collection—we want to know what little indulgence brings you joy!
My guilty pleasure is collecting stickers and glamming up my journals, calendars, and vision books. It’s more than decoration - it’s a way for me to tap into my creative flow and explore vision through artistic expression. I find so much joy in layering textures, colors, and affirmations that speak to where I’m headed. I also love to paint and have a few original pieces in my collection. It’s my personal reminder that vision isn’t just something you see - it’s something you can create, reflect on, and bring to life.
